Saving money, shedding pounds and reducing pollution is as easy as...riding a bike!

That’s right, hopping on that saddle and pushing those pedals is more than just a hobby. Next week, May 16-20, marks National Bike to Work Week, which is added incentive to deviate from the normal transportation methods.

Not only does bike riding have potential to cut down the average national obesity rate, but it also saves you gas money! Did you know that over 75% of trips under a mile are taken by car? It isn’t distance that’s holding most of us back from changing the way we thinking about going somewhere, so let’s give ourselves a shot at trying something new.

During National Bike to Work Week, challenge yourself to at least one bike ride - whether it’s to the office, the grocery store or another destination - and see where you can exchange four wheels for two.

When it comes to biking, TrackR believes in both practice and protection! Many of us choose to bike ride to work each day, and everyone is sure to take measures for being able to track down missing or stolen bikes by attaching TrackR bravos to their bike seats or frames too.

Make your mark during National Bike to Work Week and see what it can do for you!
